Three things studios notice with the widget.
On an iPhone, the cart opens in a new tab.
Mindbody says clients stay on your website to book. The exception is iPhone and iPad, where the cart opens in a new browser tab. Mindbody says it comes from how browsers treat third-party cookies, and no browser setting changes it.3
New clients may find you through Mindbody’s app first.
Listing in the Mindbody app is free. When it brings you someone new, the fee is 20% of their first purchase, capped at 30 in your local currency. After that, no commission.4

Why not just style the widget better?
You can change its colours and fonts. Mindbody lists colours, fonts, languages and currencies as what you can change.1 For a developer who wants more than that, Mindbody’s support team calls the API “the only truly right way” to put your data on your own site.5
Does my Mindbody keep running the back?
Yes. Your account, plan, schedule, clients and staff tools stay in Mindbody. We build the website guests see and use.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
The Website Transformation is €12,900. Half now, half at launch. Mindbody has to approve the connection to your account first, and that step is in Mindbody’s hands. Once Mindbody approves it, your site is live within thirty business days.6
