For adventure trip operators
Travellers see your departures and the spots left, then book from your own site. We build it on top of the booking system you already use, and check first how far the booking step can go.
You see your new homepage before you pay for anything.

When one departure is sold on a marketplace and on your own site, both have to read the same count of spots left. If your site keeps its own list, two travellers can buy the last spot. Your booking system should hold the count, and your site should only read it.
With a deposit now and the rest later, the traveller needs to see what is paid today, what comes later and when. When that only sits in a confirmation email, the questions land in your inbox.
What we do
Each trip and each departure gets a page on your own site, and travellers book there. The deposit and what is still due are shown before they pay. How far the booking step can go depends on your booking system, and we check that with you first. Your system keeps the account and the count of spots left.

Your booking system does. Our pages only read it, so your site never keeps a second list that can drift from the real one. Your account, departures and traveller records stay in your system.
It depends on your system. Bókun’s API checkout names deposits.2 For the others, we confirm on the call whether a deposit and a later balance can run through the API. If you take instalments, tell us, and we check that as well. The traveller sees what is paid and what is due on your page, not only in an email.
No. Keep a departure on TourRadar if it fills there. Your own site gives travellers a second way to book the same departure. Check the platform’s terms before you show a different price on your own site. To see a year of platform fees next to your own site, try the booking fee calculator.
We find that out before you decide. A step that has to stay on your system’s own page stays there, and we build the trip pages around it and send travellers back to your site afterwards.
Three payments: a part up front, a part at launch, and a last part 90 days after launch. That last part is due only if your site took more bookings than in the same 90 days last year. The numbers come on the call. The thirty business days start once the connection to your system is in place, or when your system approves it.

Every fact about another company on this page was read on that company’s own pages on 30 October 2026. Companies change their pages, so check before you decide.
