For tour and activity operators

Tour company website design where guests pick a time on your own pages.

Guests see your tours, pick a time and book their tickets on your site. We build it on top of the booking system you already use, and check first how far the booking step can go.

The usual trouble

Three things tour operators say about the platforms.

Every ticket sold on a platform costs a cut.

Viator charges a commission on every completed booking, and the rate varies by location.1 GetYourGuide’s commission is a percentage of the retail price, set in your supplier account.2 Airbnb typically charges a 20% service fee on experiences.3

They take the payment. You wait for it.

Viator processes payments after the travel date, weekly through PayPal or monthly by bank transfer or Payoneer.1 GetYourGuide collects the money from the guest and pays you once or twice a month, after its commission.2

How high you show up is their call.

GetYourGuide ranks tours with a model that looks at many things, among them the revenue it earns from your tour, commission included. You can ask to pay a higher rate to rank better, and GetYourGuide says that guarantees no position.2

What we do

Your tours on your site, with the booking step as far as your system allows.

We build your site on top of your own booking system, through its API. Guests pick a time and book from your own site. How far the booking step can go depends on your system, and we check that with you first. Your booking system keeps running the back.

  • Your tour pages and calendar are designed as part of your site, with your words and your photos.
  • FareHarbor grants API access “on a case by case basis”, so we ask it with you first.4
  • Bókun’s API checkout covers card tokens, deposits and payment that runs outside Bókun.5
  • Rezdy: availability can be checked and bookings created through its API. If your company is in the EU, we test card payment with your account first.6
  • Checkfront: a booking made through the API is created in your Checkfront. Payment through the API is the part we confirm for your account.7
  • Your bookings and customers still land in your booking system.

Proof

Two sites we built, and what changed.

Eagle’s Nest Atitlán · Retreat center, Guatemala

98%

Stay booking value up, September 2026 vs September 2025.

Measured in their booking system. Ads, prices and the season play a part too.

Kalart · Rural coliving, Catalunya

4 to 18

Room applications a month.

Our cases so far are a retreat center and a coliving. We have no tour operator case yet.

A few more questions

Does my booking system keep running?

Yes. Your account, calendar and customer records stay in your booking system. We build the website guests see and use.

Do I have to leave GetYourGuide or Viator?

No. You can keep listing where you list. The site gives guests another place to book, on your own domain. Check each platform’s terms before you set prices on your own site. To see a year of platform fees next to your own site, try the booking fee calculator.

What if my booking system can’t do all of it?

How far the booking step goes depends on your system and your account. We check it with you on the call, before you decide. If a step has to stay on your system’s own page, we design the pages around it and send guests back to your site.

What does it cost, and how long does it take?

Most of the price is only paid if it works: a part up front, a part at launch, and the last part 90 days after launch, only if your website booked more than in the same 90 days last year. We go through the numbers on the call. Your site is live within thirty business days. The connection to your booking system is set up first, and if your system needs to approve it, the thirty business days count from that approval.

Do you build for multi-day trips too?

Yes. Trips with departures, a deposit and a balance later have their own page: websites for adventure trips.

Can I see it first?

Yes. We design your homepage for free and show it to you on a call. You decide after.

Where the facts about other companies come from

Every fact about another company on this page was read on that company’s own pages on 30 October 2026. Companies change their pages, so check before you decide.

How we build, what it costs and our results are ours, not theirs.
