For colivings

A coliving website where people finish the application.

People find your coliving, get a feel for the house, and apply on your own pages. We build the site and the application as one flow.

The usual trouble

Three things coliving owners notice in the application.

People start the application and never finish it.

Every extra question is a place to stop. We look at what yours asks, and what can wait until the first call.

The form feels like another place.

A form on another page, with another look, can feel like a different website. We build the application as part of yours.

I answer the same questions in every message.

What people ask before they apply belongs on the page: the rooms, the rhythm of the house, the cost, the dates. Then the application only asks what you need to decide.

The teardown

From application to room: where it can leave your hands.

A coliving that fills rooms through Cloudbeds or Mews meets the same steps as a hotel, even when people apply first. Step 1 is yours. Steps 2 to 5 only happen in some cases, and each one is marked with when.

Rooms in Cloudbeds or Mews cost something too. The booking fee calculator puts a year of platform fees next to your own site.

What we do

Your application, on your site.

We build the application as part of your site, and connect it to the tool you already use to handle applicants. Applicants stay in your tool.

  • The rooms, the house and the application are designed as one flow.
  • You decide the questions, the words and the order. How you choose your residents stays yours.
  • Applications land where you already work: a form tool, your CRM or your booking system. We check what fits on the call.
  • If you run rooms in Cloudbeds or Mews, we can build on those too.

A few more questions

Do my tools keep running?

Yes. Whatever you use to handle applications, a form tool, a CRM or a booking system, keeps running. We build the pages people see, and connect them to it.

Do residents pay on my own pages?

We do not promise a fully native payment step. With Mews, payment stays on a Mews payment page, with a link back to your site.6 With Cloudbeds, the route depends on your setup: Cloudbeds describes one for your own payment page and another for properties on Cloudbeds Payments.7,8 We check which one fits your account on the call. If rooms and payment sit elsewhere, the application can still land in the tool you use today.

Does Mews need a particular plan?

Yes. Mews says its API for custom pages is only available to customers with an Enterprise subscription, and Mews Support has to register your application first.4,9 Mews labels the API a Beta test version.5 Those steps are in Mews’ hands, so the thirty business days count from the day they are done.

Will you change how I choose my residents?

No. How you decide who moves in is yours. We make the application shorter and clearer for the people who apply.

What does it cost, and how long does it take?

Most of the price is only paid if it works: a part up front, a part at launch, and the last part 90 days after launch, only if your website got more applications than in the same 90 days last year. We go through the numbers on the call. Your site is live within thirty business days. The connection to your tools is set up first, and if a tool needs to approve it, the thirty business days count from that approval.

Can I see it first?

Yes. We design your homepage for free and show it to you on a call. You decide after.

Do you build for retreats too?

Yes. If your house also hosts retreats, read about websites for retreats.

Where the facts about other companies come from

Every fact about another company on this page was read on that company’s own pages on 30 October 2026. Companies change their pages, so check before you decide.

How we build, what it costs and our results are ours, not theirs.
