Your booking form lives on a Rezdy address.
Rezdy’s booking form is served from companyname.rezdy.com. Your Google Analytics needs a cross-domain setup, including a “Linked Domain” setting, to follow a guest across to it.1
For Rezdy tour companies
Rezdy keeps your products, availability and bookings. We build the website your guests see, with your tours, your calendar and your words, on your own domain.
You see your new homepage before you pay for anything.
The usual trouble
Rezdy’s booking form is served from companyname.rezdy.com. Your Google Analytics needs a cross-domain setup, including a “Linked Domain” setting, to follow a guest across to it.1
Rezdy charges 3% per online booking on top of your plan. You can absorb the fee or pass it on to your guests.2
Rezdy’s pricing page lists the Developer API for custom builds on its Expansion plan.2 Expansion is USD 249 a month (Foundation is USD 49), each plus 3% per online booking.2 You request the API key in Rezdy under Integrations and then Rezdy API, and Rezdy support generates it. Rezdy says that can take up to 48 hours.3
The teardown
Rezdy’s help pages show the form in a frame or a pop-up on your page, served from a rezdy.com address. Step 1 happens every time. Steps 2 and 3 depend on which widget you use, and steps 4 and 5 follow from the address.

We build your site on top of your Rezdy, through its API. Your tour pages and calendar are designed as part of your site, on your own domain. Your Rezdy keeps running everything in the back.

You can make it look closer. Rezdy’s theme editor “gives you full control of your brand so you can add logos, place banners and match brand colours”.5 What it does not change is where the form lives: it is still served from companyname.rezdy.com,1 and your analytics needs extra setup to follow the guest across. A booking built on Rezdy’s API happens on your own pages.
You can. Rezdy offers a one-click website builder.5 We build a site around your own tours and words and connect it to Rezdy through the API. For a custom website, Rezdy itself points to the API and says its APIs are “designed for programmers”.5
We do not promise it before we have checked it. Rezdy’s API spec says 3D-Secure authentication “is not yet supported in API”, so Stripe payments to book EU suppliers’ products “may not work”.3 For EU suppliers, we check on the call how payment runs for your account, and test it before we promise a date.
You request the API key in Rezdy under Integrations and then Rezdy API, and Rezdy support generates it. Rezdy says that can take up to 48 hours.3 The Developer API is listed on the Expansion plan, USD 249 a month (Foundation is USD 49), each plus 3% per online booking.2
A few things. Rezdy says rental products, gift card products and custom products priced per duration cannot be booked through the API, and updating a booking is limited to its status and the customer and participant details.3 We go through your products on the call.
No. The 3% is Rezdy’s fee per online booking.2 Rezdy’s pricing page does not say whether it applies the same way to bookings made through the API, so we check that on the call.
Yes. Your account, plan, products and staff tools stay in Rezdy. We build the website guests see and use.
In three payments: a part up front, a part at launch, and the last part 90 days after launch, which is due only if your website booked more than in the same 90 days last year. We go through the numbers on the call. Rezdy has to give you the API key first, and that step is in Rezdy’s hands. Once you have the key, your site is live within thirty business days.
Yes. We design a free homepage preview for your tours and show it to you on a call. You decide after.
Yes. Day tours are on our page for websites for tours and activities, and trips of several days on adventure trips. Comparing systems? See our pages for FareHarbor and Bókun.
Every fact about Rezdy on this page was read on Rezdy’s own pages on 2 November 2026. Rezdy changes its pages, so check yours before you decide.
